Thank you for choosing Blueline Designs. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Blueline Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Purchase Policy.
1. Digital Product Agreement
All products sold by Blueline Designs are digital goods unless otherwise stated. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased item for personal or approved project use only.
You do not own the rights to resell, redistribute, reproduce, copy, duplicate, modify for resale, share, or claim the design as your own.
2. No Reproduction or Resale
Strictly prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
- Reselling any Blueline Designs product in its original or modified form
- Reproducing designs for redistribution
- Sharing files publicly or privately with individuals who did not purchase
- Uploading products to marketplaces, websites, or file-sharing platforms
- Claiming ownership or authorship of any design
Any unauthorized reproduction or resale of Blueline Designs products is a direct violation of this agreement and may result in account suspension, revocation of license, or further legal action where applicable.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
